RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Any product maybe exchanged within 14-DAYS of delivery date by launching an exchange request via email to admin@thesassystore.shop, The customer has liability to exchange with any other item provided it is of equal or higher value.

 

REFUND POLICY

Any undelivered order will be refunded automatically. Otherwise there are no Cash Refunds for orders that have been delivered, See Exchange Policy.

  

Wrong Delivery

In case of delivery if wrong item SASSY will bear the return shipment cost.

 

Shipping Address

SASSY is not responsible for wrong address, All shipments of fresh order or exchange requested will be sent to address provided in the original order.
