I’d like to start with saying they have horrible customer service. I ordered a size 42, sent them a DM on instagram with pictures, stating they’d sent me a size 41 instead and that if they’d arrange an exchange with me and send me what I paid for.

What I received in response was an unprofessional voice message stating that their vendor sent them the shoe size 42 labelled as 41. She gave a ridiculous excuse for the mistake rather than providing an exchange. Still hasn’t responded to my message. Incredibly unprofessional and improper !
